Terms of Service.

1. Agency Engagement

By using the Pipeline Ads platform or engaging our services, you agree to our performance-based management structure. We act as the intermediary between your brand and conversational AI networks.

2. Strategic Previewer

The "AI Strategy Previewer" is a simulation tool. While it uses real-time LLM logic, final ad placements are subject to platform availability and the real-time context of the OpenAI ecosystem. Results may vary based on user prompt complexity.

3. Professional Use

Pipeline Ads is strictly a B2B service. Users agree not to use our technology to generate misleading, harmful, or non-compliant conversational content. We reserve the right to terminate audits for brands that do not meet our ethical performance benchmarks.

4. Payment Terms

All invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Media spend is billed in advance, while management fees are billed in arrears based on actual campaign performance. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

5. Intellectual Property

All campaign strategies, intent maps, and proprietary methodologies developed by Pipeline Ads remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their internal marketing purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pipeline Ads shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.
